Spring Festival (Saturday, April 17)

Volunteer Opportunities

Fundraiser Organizer (varies) – Collect fund raising orders, distribute prizes, coordinate additional volunteers for collection days and prizes. Support school staff in organization for Spring Festival.

Library Volunteer (varies) – Help librarians with special projects, shelving books and assisting students.

Moms In Touch (weekly) – Pray weekly for NWHCS faculty, students and families.

Sports Volunteer (athletic seasons) – Assist with coaching, concessions, individual sport parties and selling game tickets.

Room Volunteers (as often as requested) – Viewed as a normal part of teachers classroom operation, these volunteers typically assist in facilitating all “teacher to home” communications and perform as classroom aides or field trip chaperones.

Fine Arts Volunteer (varies) – Support Fine Arts Department with special projects and programs, filing music and A/V tech support at events (requires prior experience).

Homeroom Moms (varies) – Work with teachers to plan special classroom events.

Copy Volunteers (varies) – Help copy and distribute copies for teachers and office staff.

Drop-off and Pick up Zone Volunteers (daily) – Support teachers during drop off and pick up times.

Yearbook Editor (varies) – Compile pictures and organize annual yearbook (requires a home computer and experience with computer technology)

Cafeteria Volunteers (daily) – Work with cafeteria staff to maintain a safe environment during lunch.
