The Director, Northwest Hills Weekday Education Committee and the Long Range Planning Committee of Northwest Hills Baptist Church are currently working on long range plans for the future growth of Northwest Hills Christian School and Northwest Hills Baptist Church.

The Director and Weekday Education Committee are working on a five and ten year Strategic Plan for the school. This plan will be the blueprint for future operations including a comprehensive series of goals to meet the needs for the growing population of NWHCS students. This plan will include specific action plans for the following areas of school life:

• Admissions & Marketing
• Business Matters
• Education & Student Life (including discussion for the addition of a high school)
• Land & Facilities
• Parent Involvement
• Personnel Issues
• Spiritual Matters
